Republishing Guidelines
The use of any product, service, information, graphics, research, podcasts, writeups, studies, data or feature (the “Materials”) available through https://sprf.in/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned and controlled by the SOCIAL AND POLITICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION, a registered public charitable trust, having its office at B-65, Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi- 110057 (hereinafter referred to as “SPRF”)
SPRF reserves all rights (including moral rights) emanating from and relating to the Materials contained on/ available through the Website.
Publication or reproduction or republication or use in any way, shape or form (including hyperlinking to other websites) of Materials contained on/ available through the Website, without the express and written consent and authorisation of SPRF shall be illegal and shall be considered to be an unauthorised use, if done in breach of the republication procedures given/ provided below.
SPRF India reserves its rights to take appropriate criminal as well as civil action against any such unauthorised use.”

Unless uncredited, images on the Website are copyright of the photographer/videographer/illustrator and/or representative agency and are not subject to the Creative Commons license. For terms of use, permission for republishing, or printing purposes please email [email protected].
- All other reports and Materials
You may republish any of the other reports or Materials (excluding Photo Essays) on the Website to your platform, ensuring that the Author name and SPRF India have been credited in the by-line. The post should also include a link back to SPRF’s webpage of the article. Please email [email protected] informing SPRF about such use.
- Social media
If the Material available through/ on the Website is being posted on your social media, or the republishing of the Material on your/ any other website is being promoted on your social media channels, you must tag SPRF India in the caption and within the post.
